Toronto Virtual File System by Mark D. Leitch from IBM Canada is a virtual file system that proved itself as indispensable tool for both developers and advanced users. It's mostly used for enabling Unix-like symbolic links in OS/2 and providing single mount points for all directories.

However, it goes beyond that, by bringing the 'CMS Search Path' concept from VM operating system to Warp. Together with symbolic links it enables users to effectivly merge entire directory trees, with controlled search and write/update order, effectively providing versioning at file-system level and making accessible as many previous states of the tree as you wish, since write permissions on merged directories can be precisely controled and tuned and precedence control is effective for both reading and writing into directory tree.
